Description

Expect talking toothbrushes, competitive siblings and a variety of funny sketches full of heart and absurdity. Following the success of the writer’s last comedy, which was set in a drinks vending machine, Millie is thrilled to present her debut Edinburgh Fringe show: Sketchy. Previous reviews: 'A charming absurdist comedy, the likes of which you've never experienced before' (Everything-Theatre.co.uk). 'Millie Thorne has impressively managed to get some real pathos into a production about bottles of pop' (TheFamilyStage.co.uk). General venue access

  • Accessible entry: The audience enter from George IV Bridge, with a couple of steps to enter the building. A temporary ramp is also available. The Snug is located downstairs, via a single width staircase. The audience enter in the side of the auditorium. The front row is all level access.
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 20+
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
