We are delighted to invite artists attending Fringe 2023 to enjoy a free bite to eat as part of a weekly Fringe Feast (inspired by fellow festival Adelaide Fringe).

On each of the remaining Sundays in August, Edinburgh's award-winning burger sensation Butta Burger will supply food for 100 artists at the Fringe Central: Artist Hub, free of charge.

Graham Atkinson, Butta Burger’s owner, said: "We're delighted to be working with the Edinburgh Fringe and excited for all of the international artists to try our food."

Shona McCarthy, Chief Executive of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, said: “The Fringe Feast will save hundreds of artists the cost of a meal during the Fringe, but that’s only part of the motivation behind it. What we hope the Fringe Feast achieves is giving artists a chance to meet and socialise with each other away from the bustle of the city, while also helping them become more familiar with the Fringe Central: Artist Hub, their home away from home during the festival. Massive thanks to Butta Burger for helping us launch the Fringe Feast for the first time.”

The Fringe Feasts will take place on 13, 20 and 27 August from 16:00 (first come, first served). To gain access, artists should show their participant pass upon arrival at the Fringe Central: Artist Hub.
