New Theatre Club opportunity invites teachers to explore live performance

Ahead of the 2019 Fringe, we're announcing an exciting new opportunity for school teachers practicing in Edinburgh to explore live performance across the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Edinburgh International Children’s Festival.
Working alongside Imaginate, the Edinburgh Fetsival Fringe Society is seeking ten teachers to make up the "Teachers' Theatre Club". The group will be invited to attend a wide range of live performance in Edinburgh, including theatre and dance followed by a facilitated discussion with creative learning professionals, artists and other teachers.
The project will be co-designed with the teachers taking part and will involve developing practical skills to help teaching professionals to confidently explore live performance both as an individual and as a practitioner within the classroom.
